Mongolian Chicken

INGREDIENTS

Corn flour - 70 grams

Chicken strips - 1 kilogram

Oil - for frying

Powdered brown sugar - 50 grams

Hoisin sauce - 50 grams

Sriracha sauce - 50 grams

Soys sauce - 20 milliliters

Sesame oil - 20 milliliters

Ginger - 1 tablespoon

Garlic - 1 tablespoon

Broccoli - 100 grams

Bell pepper - 160 grams

Water - 200 milliliters

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1 teaspoon

Corn flour - 20 grams

Water - 40 milliliters

Sesame seeds - for garnishing

PREPARATION

1. Take 1 kilogram chicken strips and coat it with corn flour properly.

2. Heat sufficient oil in a deep fryer and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.

3. Drain it on an absorbent paper.

4. In a mixing bowl, add 50 grams powdered sugar, 50 grams hoisin sauce, 50 grams sriracha sauce, 20 milliliters soy sauce and mix it well.

5. Heat 20 milliliters sesame oil in a skillet, add 1 tablespoon ginger, 1 tablespoon garlic and stir well.

6. Then, add 100 grams broccoli, 160 grams bell pepper and mix it well.

7. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.

8. Now, add the prepared sauce and mix it well.

9. Add 200 milliliters water and mix it again.

10. Bring it to a boil.

11. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.

12. In a bowl, add 20 grams corn flour, 40 milliliters water and mix it well.

13. Pour the batter into the skillet and mix it well.

14. Bring it to a boil again.

15. Cook until the mixture thickens.

16. Now, add the fried chicken and mix it well.

17. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.

18. Remove it from heat.

19. Garnish with sesame seeds.

20. Serve.
