Paneer Makhni Cheese Cone

INGREDIENTS
For Cone Dough
All purpose flour - 300 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Vinegar - 1/4 teaspoon
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Water - 150 millilitres

For Baking Cone
Butter - 190 grams
Plastic wrap
Paper sheet
Aluminium foil

For Filling Paste
Oil - 30 millilitters
Butter - 1 tablespoon
Cinnamon stick - 1
Bay leaf - 1
Cumin - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Ginger - 1 tablespoon
Green chilli - 2
Cashew - 35 grams
Tomato 340 grams
Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 100 millilitres

For Makhni Cheese
Butter - 2 tablespoons
Paprika - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Cumin - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 100 millilitres
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Processed cheese - 70 grams
Fresh cream - 45 grams
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Dry fenugreek leaves -1 teaspoon
Paneer - 200 grams
Coriander - 1 tablespoon

PREPARATION


1. In a bowl, add all 300 grams all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon butter and 150 millilitre water.
2. Mix them well with hand and keep adding water until make dough.
3. Freeze for 20 minutes.
4. On plastic wrap sheet take 190 grams butter and cut them into two square shape pieces.
5. Keep them in plastic wrap and flat them completely by using baking roller.
6. Freeze for 20 minutes.
7. Sprinkle some flour on surface.
8. Flatten dough and freeze butter on it. Fold each side of it to.
9. Again, freeze it for 20 minutes. Sprinkle flour on Plain surface and flatten dough with baking roller.
10. Spread some butter on it with cooking oil brush. Fold each side of it.
11. Freeze for 20 minutes.
12. Take paper sheet and roll it to make a cone shape and use foil paper to wrap it from top.
13. Sprinkle flour on surface to roll dough to flatten and cut them with pizza cutter into long pieces.
14. Roll each piece on the each foil paper cone to bake them.
15. Brushed butter on top of it.
16. Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C. Bake for 20 minutes.
17. Heat 30 milliliters oil 1 tablespoon butter in a pan, add 1 cinnamon stick, 1 bay leaf, 1 teaspoon cumin and saute 1 - 2 minutes.
18. Add, 1 tablespoon garlic, 1 tablespoon ginger and saute until a nice flavour comes out.
19. Now, add 2 green chili, 35 grams cashew and saute.
20. Add 340 grams tomato and saute until it turns soft and pulpy.
21. Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix it.
22. Then, add 100 milliliters water and bring it to boil.
23. Now, transfer it to a blender and blend it a smooth paste.
24. Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a pan, add blended paste and saute for 1 - 2 minutes.
25. Then, add 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix it well.
26. Add 100 milliliters water and bring it to boil for 1 - 2 minutes.
27. Add 70 grams processed cheese and mix it well to combine.
28. Now, add 45 grams fresh cream and mix it well again.
29. Then, add 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon dry fenugreek leaves and again mix it.
30. Add 200 grams paneer and cook for 5 - 7 Minutes.
31. Add 1 tablespoon coriander and mix it.
32. Take baked cone out from foil paper and add paneer makhni filling in it with spoon.
33. Garnish with coriander.
34. Serve hot in small glasses.
