All purpose flour - 300 grams
Butter - 60 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Cold water - 150 milliliters
Butter - 120 grams

Oil - 2 tablespoons
Cumin - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Onions - 150 grams
Ginger - 1 tablespoon
Chilli paste - 1 tablespoon
Tomato paste - 70 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
Grated paneer - 260 grams
Boiled green peas - 70 grams
Boiled potatoes - 100 grams
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Butter - for brushing
Milk - for brushing
White sesame seeds - to taste
Black sesame seeds - to taste
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 300 grams all purpose flour, 60 grams butter, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix it well.
2. Add 150 milliliters cold water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
3. Wrap the dough in a plastic wrap.
4. Refrigerate for 15 - 20 minutes.
5. Take a plastic wrap and place 120 grams butter on it. Cover it with wrap.
6. Flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
7. Refrigerate for 15 - 20 minutes.
8. Now, take a dough ball and roll out the dough into a large circle about 1/2 inch thick. Place crumbled butter in the center and fold the ends over and refrigerate for 15 - 20 minutes again.
9. Take the refrigerated dough and flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
10. Brush it with butter.
11. Fold the dough and refrigerate for 20 - 25 minutes.
12. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a skillet, add 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 tablespoon garlic and stir fro 1 - 2 minutes.
13. Then, add 150 grams onions and fry till translucent or until it turns golden brown in color.
14. Add 1 tablespoon ginger and stir well.
15. Add 1 tablespoon chilli paste, 70 grams tomato paste and mix it well.
16. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
17. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon chaat masala and mix it well.
18. Now, add 260 grams grated paneer, 70 grams boiled green peas, 100 grams boiled potatoes and mix it well.
19. Add 2 tablespoons coriander and mix it well.
20. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
21. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
22. Take the refrigerated dough and flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
23. Brush it with butter.
24. Fold the dough and refrigerate for 15 - 20 minutes. Repeat this process 3 times.
25. Now, take dough and cut it into half.
26. Flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
27. Cut it into a circle.
28. Now, make diagonal cuts on both sides of the circle.
29. Add the prepared paneer mixture on it.
30. Close its upper and lower cutter sides.
31. Place it on a baking tray.
32. Brush it with milk.
33. Garnish with white and black sesame seeds.
34. Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C. Bake for 30 minutes.
35. Remove it from heat.
36. Serve hot.
