Pizza Wrap

Servings - 3

INGREDIENTS

Wheat flour - 250 grams
All purpose flour - 100 grams
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Warm water - 300 milliliters
Pizza sauce - to taste
Mozzarella cheese - to taste
Bell pepper - to taste
Onions - to taste
Tomato - to taste
Chilli flakes - to taste
Oregano - to taste
Butter - for shallow frying

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl, add 250 grams wheat flour, 100 grams all purpose flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon oil and mix it well.
2. Then, add 300 milliliters warm water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
3. Rest the dough for 10 minutes.
4. Take a ball from dough and flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
5. Place it on a hot tawa and cook on moderate heat for 2 - 3 minutes.
6. Flip it gently.
7. Cook until it turns golden brown in color from both sides.
8. Place the tortilla on a board.
9. Make a cut outwards to the edge of the tortilla.
10. Add some pizza sauce on it and spread it evenly.
11. Top with mozzarella cheese, bell pepper, onions and tomato.
12. Sprinkle some chilli flakes and oregano on top of it.
13. Start by folding the wrap from the left side of your cut and flip and flip again until you have a completely folded tortilla.
14. Heat some butter on a pan, add the prepared wrap on it and cook until it turns dark brown in color from both sides.
15. Remove it from heat and cut it into half.
16. Serve.
