Potato Maggi Fingers
Servings - 2 - 3
NGREDIENTS
Boiled mashed
potatoes - 450 grams
Onions - 50 grams
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Chaat masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Rice flour - 30 grams
All purpose flour - 100 grams
Maggi masala - 2 tablespoons
Water - 200 milliliters
Crushed maggi

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl, add 450 grams boiled mashed potatoes, 50 grams onions, 1 teaspoon green chili, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 30 grams rice flour and mix it well.
2. Take some mixture in your hands and shape it into a long cylindrical shape. Keep a side.
3. Now, in a another mixing bowl, add 100 grams all purpose flour, 2 tablespoons Maggi masala, 200 milliliters water and mix it well.
4. Take a potato finger and dip it in the prepared all purpose mixture and then roll it in crushed Maggi mixture.
5. Heat sufficient oil in a deep fryer and deep fry these until it turns golden brown and crispy.
6. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
7. Serve.
