Schezwan Noodle Momos

INGREDIENTS
(For Dough)

All purpose flour - 300 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - 10 milliliters
Water - 150 milliliters

(For Schezwan Noodles)
Water - 800 milliliters
Oil - 10 milliliters
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Noodles - 130 grams
Oil - 30 milliliters
Garlic - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Onions - 150 grams
Carrots - 80 grams
Bell pepper - 65 grams
Cabbage - 50 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
Schezwan sauce - 55 grams

PREPARATION


(For Dough)

. In a mixing bowl, add 300 grams all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 10 milliliters oil, 150 milliliters water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
2. Rest the dough for 20 - 25 minutes.

(For Schezwan Noodles)
1. Take a skillet, add 800 milliliters water, 10 milliliters oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt and bring it to a boil.
2. Add 130 grams noodles and mix it well.
3. Bring it to a boil.
4. Boil for 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat.
5. Remove it from heat and drain the noodles.
6. Heat 30 milliliters oil in a skillet, add 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic and stir well.
7. Then, add 150 grams onions and fry till translucent or until it turns golden brown in color.
8. Now, add 80 grams carrots, 65 grams bell pepper, 50 grams cabbage and mix it well.
9. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
10. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon soy sauce and mix it well.
11. Then, add 55 grams schezwan sauce and mix it well.
12. Now, add the boiled noodles and mix it well.
13. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
14. Remove it from heat and keep aside.

(For Schezwan Noodle Momos)
1. Take a ball from dough and flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
2. Cut out a circle from it.
3. Add the prepared schezwan noodles on it and shape it into momo. (See Video)
4. Seal the edges properly.
5. Place it in a steamer and steam for about 12 - 15 minutes.
6. Remove it from steamer.
7. Serve hot.
