Sesame Toast

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Green beans - 30 grams
Sweet corns - 30 grams
Bell pepper - 30 grams
Paneer - 30 grams
Carrot - 30 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Paprika - 1/4 teaspoon
Oregano - 1/4 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1/4 teaspoon
Dried basil leaves - 1/4 teaspoon
Garlic powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Chaat masala - 1/4 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/4 teaspoon
Boiled potatoes - 400 grams
All purpose flour - 25 grams
Corn flour - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/8 teaspoon
Water - 50 milliliters
Bread slice
Sesame seeds - to taste
Oil - for shallow frying

PREPARATION


1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add 30 grams green beans, 30 grams sweet corns, 30 grams bell pepper, 30 grams paneer, 30 grams carrots and mix it well.
2. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
3. In a bowl, add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon paprika, 1/4 teaspoon oregano, 1/4 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon chaat masala, 1/4 teaspoon garam masala and mix it well.
4. In a mixing bowl, add 400 grams boiled potatoes and mash them with the help of a food masher.
5. Then, add the cooked veggies, prepared masala and mix it well.
6. In a bowl, add 25 grams all purpose flour, 1 tablespoon corn flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, 50 millilitres water and mix it well to make a thick batter.
7. Take a bread slice and cut it’s edges.
8. Add some prepared mixture on it and spread it evenly.
9. Then, add the prepared batter on it and spread it evenly.
10. Add some sesame seeds on top of it.
11. Heat some oil in a pan, add the prepared toast on it.
12. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat or until it turns golden brown in color.
13. Remove it from heat and cut it into half.
14. Serve.
