Spicy Omelette Kerala Style

Egg - 2

Milk - 1 tablespoon

Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/8 teaspoon

Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon   

Onion - 2 tablespoons

Tomato - 2 tablespoons

Green chili - 1 teaspoon

Curry leaves - 1/4 teaspoon

Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon

Coconut - 1 tablespoon

 

PREPARATION

  1. In a bowl, add 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon milk, and beat well.
  2. Now, add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 2 tablespoons onion, 2 tablespoons tomato, 1 teaspoon green chili, 1/4 teaspoon curry leaves. Mix well again.
  3. Now, grease the pan with 1 tablespoon coconut oil and pour the beaten eggs in it.
  4. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon grated coconut over the omelette.
  5. Flip to other side and cook for a minute.
  6. Remove the pan from heat when both sides are done.
  7. Serve hot.
