INGREDIENTS
Dried oregano - 1/4 teaspoon
Dried thyme - 1/4 teaspoon
Dried basil - 1/4 teaspoon
Dried parsley - 1/4 teaspoon
Semolina - 200 grams
Hot water - 250 milliliters
Grated carrots - 50 grams
Grated cabbage - 50 grams
Boiled mashed potatoes - 150 grams
Green chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Bread loaf
Butter - for shallow frying
PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, add 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano, 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme, 1/4 teaspoon dried basil, 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley and mix it well. Keep aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, add 200 grams semolina, 250 milliliters hot water and mix it well.
3. Add 50 grams grated carrots, 50 grams grated cabbage, 150 grams boiled mashed potatoes, 1/2 teaspoon green chili, prepared mix herbs, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon coriander and mix it well.
4. Take a bread loaf and cut it into slices.
5. Cut it’s edges and divided it into 3 equal parts.
6. Spread the prepared mixture on the bread properly.
7. Heat some butter in a pan, add the prepared bread popsicle on it.
8. Cook until it turns dark brown in color from all sides.
9. Prick a popsicle inside it.
10. Serve hot.
