All purpose flour - 250 grams

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Baking soda - 1/4 teaspoon

Oil - 1 tablespoon

Curd 120 grams

Water - 50 milliliters

Oil - 2 tablespoons

Ginger - 1 teaspoon

Green chili - 1 teaspoon

Green beans - 30 grams

Carrot - 30 grams

Bell pepper - 30 grams

Green peas - 30 grams

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon

Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon

Dry mango powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Boiled mashed potatoes - 350 grams

Coriander - 2 tablespoons

All purpose flour - 80 grams

Corn flour - 30 grams

Salt - 1/4 teapsoon

Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Water - 150 milliliters

Bread crumbs - for coating

Oil - for frying

Mayonnaise - 150 grams

Onions - 20 grams

Cucumber - 20 grams

Cabbage - 20 grams

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/8 teaspoon

Oil - for brushing

 

( For assembling )

Lettuce

Prepared mixture

Purple cabbage

Onion slices

Tomato slices

Cheese slice

Ketchup

 

 

PREPARATION

  1. In a mixing bowl, add 250 grams all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, 1 tablespoon oil, 120 grams curd and mix it.
  2. Now add 50 milliliters water and knead it to make a smooth dough.
  3. Keep aside and rest for 1 hour.
  4. Heat 2 tablespoons oil n a heavy skillet, 1 teaspoon ginger 1 teaspoon green chili, stir well.
  5. Now add,30 grams green beans, 30 grams carrot, 30 grams bell pepper, 30 grams green peas and give it a stir.
  6. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder, 1/2 coriander powder and mix well.
  7. Now , add 350 grams boiled mashed potatoes and mix all ingredients properly.
  8. Then, add 2 tablespoon chopped coriander, mix once.
  9. Remove it from heat.
  10. In a another bowl, add 80 grams all purpose flour, 30 grams corn flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt,1/4 teapsoon black pepper, 150 milliliters water and whisk it to remove all lumps.
  11. Now take a portion from potato mixture on your hand and shape in into flat circle shape.
  12. Dip it into the prepared mixture and coat in into bread crumbs all over.
  13. Now in a heated oil, deep fry them until brown and crispy from both sides.
  14. In small bowl, add 150 grams mayonnaise, 20 grams onion, 20 grams cucumber, 20 grams cabbage , 1/2 salt, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper and mix well.
  15. Dust some flour on the flat surface, add a ball from dough and roll it to small circle using a rolling pin.
  16. Place it on the hot tawa, brush some oil to both sides and cook until brown.
  17. For assembling , place naan on the flat surface, top it with lettuce, prepared mayonnaise mixture, purple cabbage, fried tikki ,onion slices, tomato slices and cheese slice
  18. Apply some ketchup over the other naan and cover the top half of the burger.
  19. Serve immediately.
