INGREDIENTS


Paneer Tikka Garlic Bread

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS
(For Dough)
Yeast - 2 teaspoons
Powdered sugar - 1 tablespoon
Warm water - 50 milliliters
All purpose flour - 300 grams
Milk powder - 2 tablespoons
Salt - 1 tablespoon
Oregano - 1 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon
Butter - 10 milliliters
Water - 100 milliliters
Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

(For Garlic Butter)
Butter - 80 milliliters
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Coriander - 1 tablespoon

(For Paneer Tikka)
Curd - 200 grams
Roasted gram flour - 70 grams
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Paprika - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Mustard oil - 20 milliliters
Paneer - 300 grams
Onions - 110 grams
Bell pepper - 70 grams
Oil - 2 tablespoons

PREPARATION


(For Dough)
1. In a mixing bowl, add 2 teaspoons yeast, 1 tablespoon powdered sugar, 50 milliliters warm water and mix it well.
2. Rest the mixture for about 10 minutes.
3. Add 300 grams all purpose flour, 2 tablespoons milk powder, 1 tablespoon salt, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon chilli flakes, 10 milliliters butter and mix it well.
4. Add 100 milliliters water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
5. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil and tuck the dough well.
6. Rest the dough for 2 hours.

(For Garlic Butter)
1. In a bowl, add 80 milliliters butter, 1 tablespoon garlic, 1 tablespoon coriander and mix it well.
2. Keep aside.

(For Paneer Tikka)
1. In a mixing bowl, add 200 grams curd, 70 grams roasted gram flour, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon coriander, 20 milliliters mustard oil and mix it well.
2. Add 300 grams paneer, 110 grams onions, 70 grams bell pepper and mix it well.
3. Marinate for 30 minutes.
4. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a skillet, add the marinated paneer and mix it well.
5. Cook for 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat or until it turns golden brown in color.
6. Remove it from heat and keep aside.

(For Paneer Tikka Garlic Bread)
1. Take the dough and dust it with flour.
2. Flatten the dough with the help of your fingers. (See Video)
3. Then, add the prepared paneer tikka mixture on it and fold it properly.
4. Seal the edges properly.
5. Place it on a baking tray and brush it with garlic butter.
6. Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C. Bake for 130 minutes or until golden brown in color.
7. Remove it from oven.
8. Cut it into sticks.
9. Serve.

Warm milk - 100 milliliters
All purpose flour - 250 grams
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Oregano - 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Butter - 30 milliliters
Warm milk - 60 milliliters
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Butter - 50 milliliters
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Coriander - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Achari masala
Oregano - to taste
Chilli flakes - to taste
