Rolled oats - 60 grams

Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon

Honey - 1 tablespoon

Water - 450 milliliters

Oats - for garnish

 

 

PREPARATION

  1. In a blender, add 60 grams rolled oats, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 tablespoon honey and 450 milliliters water.
  2. Blend it to smooth consistency.
  3. Strain the prepared drink in a bowl, using a strainer.
  4. Pour it a glass.
  5. Garnish it with oats.
