Ginger Mint Shikanjvi

INGREDIENTS

Ginger - 10 grams

Mint - 8 grams

Lemon juice - 25 milliliters

Black Salt - 1 teaspoon

Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon

Sugar syrup - 30 milliliters

Ice

Water - 150 milliliters

PREPARATION

1. In a shaker, add 10 grams ginger, 8 grams mint, 25 milliliters lemon juice and muddle them using a muddler.

2. Now, add 1 teaspoon black salt, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 20 milliliters sugar syrup, ice, 150 milliliters water and shake well to combine.

3. Then,Pour the mixture into the glass.

4. Garnish with mint leaves.

5. Serve.
