INGREDIENTS
Raspberry - 65 grams
Blueberry - 65 grams
Oats - 25 grams
Avocado - 35 grams
Banana - 120 grams
Almond milk - 250 milliliters
Chia seeds - 1 tablespoon
1. In a blender, add 65 grams raspberry, 65 grams blue berry, 25 grams oats, 35 gram avocado, 120 grams banana, 250 milliliters almond milk, 1 tablespoon chia seeds and blend until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into the glass.
3. Serve.
