Gems Hot Chocolate

INGREDIENTS

Gems - for rimming

Peanut butter - for rimming

Milk - 2 1/2 cups

Sugar - 1/4 cup

Cocoa powder - 1/4 cup

Peanut butter - 2 tablespoons

Kosher salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Whipped cream - for garnishing

Chocolate syrup - for garnishing

PREPARATION

1. Take a cup and dip the rim in peanut butter and the in crushed gems. Keep aside.

2. Take a deep pan, add 2 1/2 cups milk, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa powder and mix it well.

3. Add 2 tablespoons peanut butter, 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt and mix well.

4. Bring it to a boil.

5. Pour the mixture into the glass.

6. Top with whipped cream and chocolate syrup.

7. Garnish with wafer rolls.

8. Serve hot.
