Jamun Kala Khatta

INGREDIENTS
Seedless java plum - 100 grams
Roasted cumin - 1 teaspoon
Black salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Orange juice - 50 milliliters
Sugar - 50 grams
Water - 150 milliliters
Ice cubes
Prepared syrup - 2 1/2 tablespoons
Water - 200 milliliters
Mint - for garnishing

PREPARATION


1. In a blender, add 100 grams seedless java plum, 1 teaspoon roasted cumin, 1 teaspoon black salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 50 milliliters orange juice and blend it into a puree.
2. Take a pan, add 50 grams sugar, 150 milliliters water and stir continuously until the sugar is fully dissolved.
3. Then, add the blended mixture and mix it well.
4. Bring it to a boil.
5. Boil for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat or until the mixture thickens.
6. Remove it from heat and allow it to cool for about 10 minutes.
7. Take a serving glass, add some ice cubes.
8. Add 2 1/2 tablespoons prepared syrup, 200 milliliters water and mix it well.
9. Garnish with mint.
10. Serve.
