INGREDIENTS


 Greek Salad

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS
Olive oil - 20 milliliters
Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Crushed black peppercorns - 1/2 teaspoon
Romaine lettuce - 50 grams
Iceberg lettuce - 100 grams
Cucumber - 100 grams
Tomato - 50 grams
Onions - 50 grams
Feta cheese -100 grams
Black olives - 2 tablespoons

PREPARATION


1. In a bowl, add 20 milliliters olive oil, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon crushed black peppercorns and mix it well. Keep aside.
2. Now, in mixing bowl, add 50 grams romaine lettuce, 100 grams iceberg lettuce, 100 grams cucumber, 50 grams tomato, 50 grams onions, 100 grams feta cheese, 2 tablespoons black olives, prepared dressing and mix all the ingredients well.
3. Serve.

Mexican Salad

Garlic - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
Dried oregano- 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Romaine lettuce - 50 grams
Boiled red kidney beans - 250 grams
Tomato - 50 grams
Sweet corn - 100 grams
Avocado - 60 grams
Green spring onions - 2 1/2 tablespoons
