PREPARATION
- In a blender, add 350 grams mangoes, blend it into a smooth puree.
- In a pan, add blended puree and stir well.
- Add 50 grams sugar and mix it well.
- Cook until the sugar dissolves completely.
- Then, add 1 teaspoon lemon juice and mix well.
- Cool for about 30 minutes.
- Serve or store in an air tight container.
