Crunchy Cumin Seeds Crackers

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS
Whole wheat flour - 70 grams
Maize flour - 1 tablespoon
Oats - 2 teaspoons
Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/ 4 teaspoon
Yogurt - 2 teaspoons
Olive oil - 1 teaspoon
Milk - 50 milliliters

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and knead it into a dough.
2. Take a ball from dough and flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
3. Cut out a square from it.
4. Prick it with fork and place it on a baking tray.
5. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for about 15 - 20 minutes.
6. Remove it from oven and allow it to cool.
7. Serve or store in airtight container.

Corn Peas & Paneer Salad

Servings - 2

INGREDIENTS
Water - 450 milliliters
Sweet corns - 50 grams
Green peas - 50 grams
Boil for 10 minutes and strain water
Cool for 5 - 7 minutes
Paneer - 50 grams
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
