Ramen Noodle Salad

INGREDIENTS
Olive oil - 45 milliliters

Vinegar - 30 milliliters

Powdered brown sugar - 1 tablespoon

Ramen noodle seasoning - 1 1/2 tablespoons

Ramen noodles - 180 grams

Green cabbage - 150 grams

Purple cabbage - 150 grams

Carrots - 180 grams

Broccoli - 70 grams

Spring onions - 35 grams

Almonds - 40 grams

 

PREPARATION

  1. In a bowl, add 45 milliliters olive oil, 30 milliliters vinegar, 1 tablespoon powdered brown sugar, 1 1/2 tablespoons ramen noodle seasoning and mix it well.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add 180 grams ramen noodles, 150 grams green cabbage, 150 grams purple cabbage, 180 grams carrots, 70 grams broccoli, 35 grams spring onions, 40 grams almonds, prepared dressing and mix all the ingredients well.
  3. Serve.
