Whole Wheat Banana Pancakes

INGREDIENTS

Wheat flour - 220 grams

Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Baking powder - 2 teaspoons

Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon

Egg white - 2

Milk - 240 milliliters

Mashed banana - 150 grams

Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons

Yogurt - 90 grams

Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

Oil - 1 teaspoon

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 220 grams wheat flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons baking powder, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and mix it well.

2. In another mixing bowl, add 2 egg white, 240. Milliliters milk, 150 grams mashed banana, 2 tablespoon, 90 grams yogurt, 1 teaspoon , wheat flour mixture and mix it well to combine.

3. Heat 1 teaspoon oil on tawa, pour the mixture into it and cook both sides till golden.

4. Garnish with banana slice and maple syrup.

5. Serve.
