Corn flour - 80 grams
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Paneer - 380 grams
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Oil - for shallow frying

Dry red chili - 4
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Spring onions - 35 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Powdered brown sugar - 2 teaspoons
Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
Baby corns - 60 grams
Water - 200 milliliters
Corn flour - 1 tablespoon
Water - 40 milliliters
Spring onions - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, add 80 grams corn flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
2. In a mixing bowl, add 380 grams paneer, 2 tablespoons oil and mix it well.
3. Coat it with corn flour mixture properly.
4. Heat sufficient oil in a skillet and shallow fry paneer until it turns golden brown in color from all sides.
5. Remove it from heat and drain it on an absorbent paper.
6. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add 4 dry red chili, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste and stir for 1 - 2 minutes.
7. Then, add 35 grams spring onions and mix it well.
8. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
9. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons powdered brown sugar, 2 tablespoons soys sauce and mix it well.
10. Now, add 60 grams baby corn and mix it well.
11. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
12. Add 200 milliliters water and mix it well.
13. Bring it to a boil.
14. In a bowl, add 1 tablespoon corn flour, 40 milliliters water and mix it well.
15. Pour this into the pan and mix it well.
16. Now, add the fried paneer in it and mix it well.
17. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
18. Remove it from heat.
19. Garnish with spring onions.
20. Serve hot.
