Oil - 2 tablespoons
Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Onions - 90 grams
Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
Cauliflower - 425 grams
Cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Tomato puree - 200 grams
Water - 110 milliliters
Spinach - 100 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Coriander - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a heavy skillet, add 1/2 teaspoon cumin and stir well.
2. Add 1 teaspoon ginger and saute for 1 - 2 minutes.
3. Then, add 90 grams onions and fry till translucent.
4. Now, add 1 teaspoon turmeric and stir well.
5. Add 425 grams cauliflower and mix it well.
6. Then, add 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper and mix it again.
7. Now, add 200 grams tomato puree and mix well. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes.
8. Add 110 millilites water and mix it well.
9. Cover it with lid and cook for 10 minutes.
10. Add 100 grams spinach, 1 teaspoon salt and mix it well.
11. Again cover it with lid and cook for 10 minutes.
12. Add 1 teaspoon garam masala and mix it well.
13. Garnish with coriander.
14. Serve hot with roti.
