PREPARATION
1. Heat 80 grams ghee in a pot, add 50 grams cashews, 50 grams raisins and roast for 3 - 5 minutes or till it turns golden brown in color.
2. Add 200 grams broken wheat and roast till it turns light brown in color.
3. Now, add 440 milliliters hot water and mix it well. Cover it with lid and cook till you hear 1 whistle.
4. Then, add 400 grams caramel and mix well. Bring it to a boil.
5. Add 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon cardamom and mix well.
6. Garnish with almonds and pistachios.
7. Serve.
