Chocolate Chip Biscotti

INGREDIENTS
Butter - 85 grams
Brown sugar - 154 grams
Eggs - 2
All purpose flour - 340 grams
Baking powder - 2 teaspoons
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
chocolate chips - 235 grams

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl, add 85 grams butter, 155 grams brown sugar and mix.
2. Add 2 eggs and mix. 
3. Add 340 grams all purpose flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and mix.
4. Add 235 grams chocolate chips and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
5. Divide dough into 2 pieces.
6. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes and cut into diagonal slices.
7. Turn slices on sides and return to oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes.
8. Serve.
