Water - 350 milliliters
Sweet corns - 80 grams
Grated paneer - 60 grams
Bell pepper - 2 tablespoons
Mozzarella cheese - 40 grams
Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Peri peri masala - 1 teaspoon
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
All purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
Corn flour - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1/8 teaspoon
Water - 80 milliliters
Spring roll sheets - 10
Oil - for frying
PREPARATION
1. Boil 350 milliliters water in a pan, add 80 gram sweet corns. Boil for 2 - 3 minutes.
2. Remove from heat and strain the corns.
3. In a bowl, add 60 grams grated paneer, boiled sweet corns, 2 tablespoons bell pepper, 40 grams mozzarella cheese, 1 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon peri peri masala, and 1 tablespoon coriander. Mix well and keep aside.
4. In another bowl, add 2 tablespoons all purpose flour, 1 tablespoon corn flour, 1/8 teaspoon salt, and 80 milliliters water. Whisk well to make a slurry.
5. Take a spring roll sheet, place one vertically and another horizontally on top. Add the prepared paneer mixture, apply the slurry on the edges, and fold to form a square samosa.
6. Heat enough oil in a skillet and deep fry them until golden brown and crispy. Drain on absorbent paper.
7. Serve hot with ketchup.
