Christmas Tree Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS
Water - 400 milliliters
Dark chocolate - 120 grams
Milk compound chocolate - 130 grams
Butter - 110 grams
Eggs - 2
Egg yolk - 1
Granulated sugar - 60 grams
Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
All purpose flour - 30 grams
Cream powder - 200 grams
Milk - 300 milliliters
Icing color
Strawberry
Star
White sugar ball
Red sugar ball

 

PREPARATION


1. Take a pan, add 400 milliliters water and put a bowl over it.
2. Add 120 grams dark chocolate, 130 grams milk compound chocolate, butter 110 grams and stir until melt.
3. In a mixing bowl, add 2 eggs, 1 egg yolk, 60 grams sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and mix well.
4. Add 30 grams all purpose flour, dark chocolate syrup and mix well.
5. Divide the batter between cupcake cups.
6. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake muffins 10 to 15 minutes or until tops are set.
7. In a another mixing bowl, add 200 grams cream powder, 300 milliliters milk and whisk well.
8. Add small amount of icing color and whisk until it was light and fluffy.
9. Take a cupcake add some cream on it. Place a strawberry over it.
10. Start piping cream on your strawberry until the whole thing is covered. 
11. To decorate the tree place the star over it and place sugar ball gently onto your tree.
12. Garnish with coconut.
13. Serve and enjoy!
