All purpose flour - 230 grams
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Butter - 120 grams
Brown sugar - 135 grams
Eggs - 2
Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
Butter milk - 80 milliliters
Maple syrup - 80 milliliters
Icing sugar - 500 grams
Butter - 250 grams
Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
Milk - 50 milliliters
Organic food color - 4 - 6 drops
Black fondant
Red fondant
White fondant
Edible glue
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 230 grams all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 120 grams butter, 135 grams brown sugar, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 80 milliliters butter milk, 80 milliliters maple syrup and whisk it well.
2. Pour the batter into the cupcake wrapper placed in tray.
3. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 20 minutes.
4. In a mixing bowl, add 500 grams icing sugar, 250 grams butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 50 milliliters milk, 4 - 6 drops organic food color and mix it well. Keep aside.
5. Take a black fondant and flatten it with rolling pin.
6. Take a pretzel and roll the fondant over it.
7. Cut a strip from fondant and decorate the sword. (See Video)
8. To make his face use red fondant for base, black and white for eyes.
9. Attach these all with the help of edible glue.
10. Take a cupcake and flip it upside down and then cut it edges or sides a little bit.
11. Now, place it on another cupcake and prick a toothpick inside it.
12. Frost the cupcake with the prepared frosting.
13. Decorate the cupcakes with prepared decorative eyes and sword.(See Video)
