Easy Ginger Cake

INGREDIENTS
Plain flour - 350 grams
Sugar - 225 grams
Ginger powder - 3 teaspoons
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/8 teaspoon
Cinnamon - 3/4 teaspoon
Molasses - 80 milliliters
Oil - 110 milliliters
Water - 220 milliliters

 

PREPARATION

 
1. In a mixing bowl add 350 grams plain flour, 225 grams sugar, 3 teaspoons ginger powder, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1/8 tsp salt, 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon, 80 milliliters molasses, 110 mililiters oil, 220 mililiters water and mix well to combine.
2. Grease the baking dish with oil. 
3. Pour the mixture into the bake dish.
4. Preheat the oven 350°F/180°C. Bake for 35 - 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
5. Cut into a desire shape.
6. Serve.
