Egg Free Mango Loaf Cake

INGREDIENTS
Sugar - 180 grams
Mango Puree - 200 milliliters
Milk - 80 milliliters
Oil - 70 milliliters
All purpose flour - 200 grams
Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Baking soda - 1/4 teaspoon
Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Oil

 

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl, add 180 grams sugar, 200 milliliters mango puree, 80 milliliters milk, 70 milliliters oil and mix well.
2. Add 200 grams all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt and again mix well to combine.
3. Grease the baking dish with oil.
4. Pour the mixture into it.
5. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 35 - 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
6. Cool completely in the pan. Cut it into slices.
7. Serve and enjoy.
