M&M’s Christmas Cookie Bars
Servings - 18 - 20

 

INGREDIENTS
Butter - 225 grams
Granulated sugar - 170 grams
Brown sugar - 170 grams
Eggs - 3
Vanilla extract - 1 1/2 teaspoons
All purpose flour - 360 grams
Baking soda - 3/4 teaspoon
Salt - 3/4 teaspoon
M&M’s candies - 330 grams
Dark chocolate chips - 125 grams
White chocolate chips - 100 grams
Oil

 

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl, add 225 grams butter, 170 grams granulated sugar, 170 grams brown sugar and beat them together until fluffy.
2. Add 3 eggs, 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract and continue to beat.
3. Add 360 grams all purpose flour, 3/4 teaspoon baking soda, 3/4 teaspoon salt and mix until combine.
4. Add 330 grams M&M’s candies, 125 grams dark chocolate chips, 100 grams white chocolate chips and again mix well to combine.
5. Cover the baking dish with foil and brush it with oil.
6. Transfer the cookie dough to prepared baking dish.
7. Add additional M&M’s candies, dark chocolate chips and white chocolate chips into top of cookie dough.
8. Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
9. Let cool completely and cut.
10. Serve.
