Garlic Parmesan Potato Balls

INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour - 80 grams 
Corn flour - 2 teaspoons
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Eggs - 2
Water - 30 milliliters
Bread crumbs - 100 grams 
Parsley - 1 tablespoon
Boiled mashed potatoes - 500 grams 
Corn flour - 80 grams 
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Dried parsley - 1 tablespoon
Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Parmesan cheese - 15 grams 
Mozzarella cheese cubes - 10
Oil - for frying
Parmesan cheese - for garnishing
Parsley - for garnishing

PREPARATION


1. In a bowl, add 80 grams all purpose flour, 2 teaspoons cor flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Mix well and keep aside.
2. In a bowl, add 2 eggs and 30 milliliters water. Whisk well and keep aside.
3. In a dish, add 500 grams bread crumbs and 1 tablespoon parsley. Mix well and keep aside.
4. In a bowl, add 500 grams boiled mashed potatoes, 80 grams corn flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon dried parsley, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, and 15 grams parmesan cheese. Mix well until combined.
5. Take a portion of the potato mixture and flatten it in your hand. Place a mozzarella cheese cube in the center, cover it completely, and shape it into a ball.
6. Coat the balls in the flour mixture, dip them into the egg mixture, then coat well with the bread crumb mixture.
7. Heat enough oil in a skillet, deep fry them until golden brown and crispy. Drain on absorbent paper.
8. Garnish with parmesan cheese and parsley. 
9. Serve and enjoy!
