Orange Syrup Cake

INGREDIENTS
Almonds - 100 grams
Orange juice - 50 milliliters
Orange peel - 50 grams
Sugar - 50 grams
Butter - 50 grams
Prepared orange preserve - 1 tablespoon
Powdered sugar - 125 grams
Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon
Eggs - 3
Desiccated coconut - 50 grams
Rice flour - 50 grams
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Orange juice - 300 milliliters
Sugar - 80 grams
PREPARATION
1. In a blender, add 100 grams almonds and blend it into a fine powder.
2. Take a pan, add 50 milliliters orange juice, 50 grams orange peel, 50 grams sugar and mix it well.
3. Bring it to a boil.
4. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
5. In a mixing bowl, add 50 grams butter and whisk it well.
6. Add 1 tablespoon prepared orange preserve, 125 grams powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla essence and mix it well.
7. Now, add 3 eggs one by one and whisk it continuously.
8. Add the blended almonds, 50 grams desiccated coconut, 50 grams rice flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder and mix it well to make a thick batter.
9. Pour the batter into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
10. Preheat the oven to 320°F/160°C. Bake for 45 minutes.
11. Take a panda dd 300 milliliters orange juice, 80 grams sugar and stir well.
12. Bring it to a boil.
13. Now, take the prepared cake and prick the toothpick inside the cake to make small holes. (See Video)
14. Pour the prepared orange syrup on it.
15. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top of it.
16. Cut it into slices.
17. Garnish with prepared orange preserve.
18. Serve.
