INGREDIENTS

Sesame seeds - 370 grams

Coconut - 80 grams

Ghee - 80 milliliters

Jaggery - 370 grams

Cardamom - 1 teaspoon

PREPARATION

1. Take a pan, add 370 grams sesame seeds and dry roast till it turns golden brown in color. Keep aside.

2. Take a another pan, add 80 grams coconut and dry roast till it turns golden brown in color. Keep aside.

3. Heat 80 milliliters ghee in a heavy skillet, add 370 grams jaggery and stir continuously until it fully dissolved.

4. Add 370 grams roasted sesame seeds, 80 grams roasted coconut, 1 teaspoon cardamom and mix it well.

5. Transfer the mixture into a bowl and allow it cool a little bit.

6. Take some mixture in your hand and shape it to a round ball.

7. Do the same with the rest of the mixture.

8. Serve.
