INGREDIENTS
Chicken - 1 kilogram
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Yogurt - 250 milliliters
Red chili - 2 tablespoons, 2 teaspoons (divided)
Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 tablespoon, 1/2 teaspoon (divided)
All purpose flour - 50 grams
Corn starch - 50 grams
Rice flour - 50 grams
Ketchup - 50 milliliters
Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
Coriander - for garnishing

 

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl, add 1 kilogram chicken, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 130 milliliters yogurt, 2 tablespoons red chili, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 tablespoon garam masala and mix well.
2. Marinate for 30 minutes, add 50 grams all purpose flour, 50 grams corn starch, 50 grams rice flour and mix well.
3. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry chicken until golden brown. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
4. Take a pot, add 2 teaspoons red chili, 120 milliliters yogurt, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 50 milliliters ketchup, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and bring this mixture to a boil.
5. Now add the fried chicken into it and mix well.
6. Garnish with coriander.
7. Serve hot.
