Chicken Keema
Servings - 3 - 4 

INGREDIENTS

Oil - 2 tablespoons

Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon

Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon

Chicken - 500 grams

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Red chilli - 1 1/2 teaspoons

Coriander powder - 1 1/2 teaspoons

Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon

Oil - 1 teaspoon

Tomato - 300 grams

Green chili- 6

Garam masala - 1 teaspoon

Coriander leaves

PREPARATION

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a skillet, add 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1 tablespoon garlic paste, 1 tablespoon ginger paste and stir well.
  2. Add 500 grams chicken and cook on high stirring until the chicken is nicely browned.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 2 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder and mix well to combine.
  4. Add 1 teaspoon oil, 300 grams tomato and mix well and cook on high until the oil starts to rise, add 6 green chili, 1 teaspoon garam masala and mix it well.
  5. Top with coriander leaves and mix well.
  6. Serve.
