Chicken Vada

INGREDIENTS

Minced chicken - 250 grams

Egg - 1

Gram flour - 45 grams

Soaked split bengal gram - 2 tablespoons

Green chili - 2 teaspoons

Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon

Onions - 100 grams

Coriander - 2 tablespoons

Curry leaves - 5

Red chili - 1 teaspoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon

Garam masala - 1 teaspoon

Oil - for frying

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 250 grams minced chicken, 1 egg, 45 grams gram flour, 2 tablespoons soaked split bengal gram, 2 teaspoons green chili, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 100 grams onions, 2 tablespoons coriander, 5 curry leaves, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon garam masala and mxi it well.

2. Take some mixture in your hand and shape them into cutlet.

3. Heat sufficient oil in a pot and deep fry these till golden brown and crispy.

4. Serve hot with ketchup.
