Herbed Chicken Nuggets

INGREDIENTS

Eggs - 2

Water - 30 milliliters

Chicken breast - 325 grams

Bread crumbs - 30 grams

Oat bran - 30 grams

Black pepper - 1 teaspoon

Thyme - 1/2 teaspoon

Dry basil - 1 teaspoon

Chili flakes - 1/8 teaspoon

Coriander - 1 teaspoon

Oil - 2 tablespoons

PREPARATION

1. In a bowl, beat 2 eggs, add 30 milliliters of water and mix well. Add 325 grams chicken breast and mix well.

2. Take another bowl, add 30 grams bread crumbs, 30 grams oat bran, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon thyme, 1 teaspoon dry basil, 1/8 teaspoon chili flakes, 1 teaspoon

coriander and 2 tablespoons oil. Mix all the ingredients well.

3. Dip the chicken into the bread crumbs to coat the chicken.

4. Preheat oven to 350°F / 180°C and bake for 25 - 30 minutes.

5. Serve hot with ketchup.
