PREPARATION
1. Heat 75 grams butter in a pan, add 2 tablespoons hot sauce and stir well.
2. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix well .Bring it to boil. Keep aside.
3. In a mixing bowl, add 500 grams chicken wings, prepared mixture and mix it well.
4. Transfer it to pan, sprinkle some salt and fry them till golden brown from all its sides.
5. Serve hot.
