Mutton Dry Fry

INGREDIENTS

Boneless mutton - 750 grams

Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon

Tomato - 150 grams

Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon

Red chili - 1 teaspoon

Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Garam masala - 1/4 teaspoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Water - 440 milliliters

Oil - 60 milliliters

Curry leaves - 4 - 5

Green chili - 2 tablespoons

Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons

PREPARATION

1. Take a pressure cooker, add 750 grams boneless mutton, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, 150 grams tomato, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/4 teaspoon garam

masala, 1 teaspoon salt, 440 milliliters water and mix it well.

2. Cover it with lid and cook till your hear 5 whistles.

3. Open the lid and stir well. Keep aside.

4. Heat 60 milliliters oil in a pan, add 4 - 5 curry leaves, 2 tablespoons green chili and stir well.

5. Add the cooked mutton into it and mix it well.

6. Then, add 2 teaspoons lemon juice and mix it well.

7. Serve.
