Steamed Fish in Banana Leaves

INGREDIENTS
Water - 50 milliliters
Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
Coriander - 15 grams
Mint - 10 grams
Garlic - 10 grams
Ginger - 20 grams
Green chili - 5
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Vinegar solution - 40 milliliters
Vinegar solution - 2 teaspoons
Olive oil - 1 teaspoon
Pomfret fish

 

PREPARATION


1. In a bowl, add 50 milliliters water, 1 teaspoon vinegar and mix well. Keep aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, add 15 grams coriander, 10 grams mint, 10 grams garlic, 20 grams ginger, 5 green chili, 1 teaspoon salt, 40 milliliters vinegar solution and blend it into a smooth paste.
3. Transfer it into a bowl, add 2 teaspoons vinegar solution, 1 teaspoon olive oil and mix well.
4. Take a pomfret fish on a banana leaf and make some cuts on both sides.
5. Apply the spice mix over the fish on the both sides and cover it with another banana leaf.
6. Place them in a steamer and steam for 10 minutes.
7. Serve hot.
