INGREDIENTS
Pomfret fish - 2
Salt - to taste
Lemon juice - to taste
Red chili - to taste
Turmeric - to taste
Hung curd - 150 grams
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Garam masala - 1 tablespoon
Red chili - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
Red chili paste - 1 tablespoon
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Butter

 

PREPARATION


1. Clean pomfret fish and make deep slashes in it.
2. Sprinkle salt, lemon juice, red chili, turmeric.
3. Take a mixing bowl, add 150 grams hung curd, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, 1 tablespoon garam masala, 1 tablespoon red chili, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon red chili paste, 1 tablespoon oil and mix it well to combine.
4. Apply mixture all over the fish and marinate for 30 minutes.
5. Heat butter in a pan, Place fish over it.
6. Cook on a medium heat for 5 - 6 minutes.
7. Serve.
