PREPARATION
1. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add 100 grams onions and saute till light brown.
2. Add 30 grams sesame seeds and roast for 2 - 3 minutes.
3. Add 20 grams garlic, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric and mix well.
4. Add 120 grams tomato, 5 - 7 dry red chili, 1 teaspoon salt and mix well. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes.
5. Transfer the mixture into the blender, add 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, 2 tablespoons water and blend until smooth.
6. Serve.
Red Garlic Chutney

Dry red chili - 15 - 20
Tomato - 190 grams
Garlic - 35 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Water - 2 tablespoons
REPARATION
1. In a blender, add 15 - 20 red chili, 190 grams tomato, 35 grams garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon oil, 2 tablespoons water and blend until smooth.
2. Serve.

Red chilli powder - 2 tablespoons
Garlic - 35 grams
Yogurt - 75 grams
Red chili - 5 - 7
Water - 2 tablespoons
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - 50 milliliters
Water - 2 tablespoons
