Baked Omelette

INGREDIENTS
Eggs - 5
Milk - 240 millilitres
Plain flour - 60 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Chopped Cooked chicken - for taste
Grated cheese - for taste
Spring onion - for taste

PREPARATION


1. Crack 5 eggs into a bowl and transfer it to a blender, add 240 millilitres milk, 60 grams plain flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and blend it until smooth.
2. Grease the baking dish with oil.
3. Pour the egg mixture into it.
4. Sprinkle with chopped cooked chicken, grated cheese, spring onions.
5. Preheat the oven to 440°F/230°C. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until  golden.
6. Garnish with spring onions.
7. Serve.
