INGREDIENTS
Potatoes - 600 grams
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Dry mango powder - 1 teaspoon
Asafoetida - 1/8 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Bell pepper - 180 grams
Sesame seeds - 2 teaspoons

PREPARATION

 
1. Heat the oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry 600 grams potatoes  on a medium heat till the turn crisp and golden brown in all sides.Drain on a absorbent paper.
2. Transfer all the deep fry potatoes in a mixing bowl and add 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon dry mango powder, 1/8 teaspoon Asafoetida, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons coriander and mix it well.
3. Heat 2 tablespoons in a pan and add 180 grams bell pepper, saute on a medium heat for 4 - 5 minutes.
4. Add the masala coated potatoes and cook on a medium heat for another 3 - 5 minutes. Add 2 teaspoons sesame seeds and toss gently.
5. Serve with ketchup.
