Cheesy Masala Toast

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS

Oil - 1 1/2 tablespoons

Onions - 90 grams

Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon

Shredded cabbage - 30 grams

Green beans - 30 grams

Cauliflower - 30 grams

Carrot - 30 grams

Boiled mashed potatoes - 65 grams

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon

Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons

Coriander - 2 tablespoons

Bread slices

Butter - for greasing

Cheese - to taste

PREPARATION

1. Heat 1 1/2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add 90 grams onions and fry till translucent.

2. Add 1 teaspoon garlic paste and saute for 1 - 2 minutes.

3. Then, add 30 grams shredded cabbage, 30 green beans, 30 grams cauliflower, 30 grams carrot and saute the veggies for 5 - 7 minutes.

4. Now, add 65 grams boiled mashed potatoes, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 2 teaspoons lemon juice and mix it well.

5. Add 2 tablespoons coriander and mix it well. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes.

6. Take a bread slice and spread butter on it.

7. Place the prepared stuffing on top of it.

8. Garnish with mozzarella cheese.

9. Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C. Bake for 15 minutes or till the cheese is melted.

10. Cut it into half.

11. Serve hot with ketchup or mayonnaise.
