Yogurt - 360 grams
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Paprika - 2 teaspoons
Salt - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
Tomato paste - 80 grams
Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 2 teaspoons
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Boneless chicken - 850 grams
Apple slices
Tortilla
Mayonnaise
Lettuce
Tomato
Cucumber
Onions
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 360 grams yogurt, 1 teaspoon red chili, 2 teaspoons paprika, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon ginger paste, 80 grams tomato paste, 1 teaspoon garlic paste, 2 teaspoons cumin powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and mix it well.
2. Add 850 grams boneless chicken and mix it well.
3. Marinate the chicken for overnight.
4. Take a apple slice and put a skewer in it.
5. Now, take a marinated chicken piece and prick it into the skewer. Do this process till the skewer is fully covered. Close it with another slice of apple. (See Video)
6. Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F. Bake for 1 hour.
7. Stand the skewers upright or on an angle, and slice chicken fairly thinly. Use to make doner kebabs.
8. Take a tortilla and spread mayonnaise on it.
9. Place lettuce, tomato, cucumber and onions on top of it.
10. Place the chicken on it and roll it tightly.
11. Cover it with aluminium foil.
12. Serve.
