Egg Bhurji

INGREDIENTS
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Butter - 2 tablespoons
Onions - 250 grams
Ginger - 1/8 teaspoon
Green chili - 2 tablespoons
Tomato - 280 grams
Salt - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Turmeric - 1/2 tablespoon
Red chili - 1 tablespoon
Pav bhaji Masala - 1 tablespoon
Eggs - 6

 

PREPARATION


1. Heat 2 tablespoons oil and 2 tablespoons butter in a pan, add 250 grams onions, 1/8 teaspoon ginger and Saute till onions turns brown.
2. Add 2 tablespoons green chili, 280 grams tomato and mix well. Saute 2 - 3 minutes.
3. Add 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1/2 tablespoon turmeric, 1 tablespoon red chili, 1 tablespoon Pav bhaji masala and mix well to combine.
4. Pour 6 eggs mixture and cook on medium heat 3 - 5 minutes.
5. Serve hot.
