Masala Chickpeas

INGREDIENTS
Coconut oil  - 50 milliliters
Coriander - 1 teaspoon
Cumin - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Cayenne pepper -1/4 tablespoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Boiled chickpeas - 550 grams

 

PREPARATION


1. In a bowl, add 50 milliliters coconut oil, 1 teaspoon coriander, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 tablespoon cayenne pepper, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
2. In a mixing bowl, add 550 grams boiled chickpeas, put this mixture in it and mix well to combine.
3. Spread the chickpeas mixture on the baking sheet.
4. Preheat the oven to 410°F/210°C. Roast for 35 - 40 minutes.
5. Serve.
