Masala Peanut Chaat

INGREDIENTS
Peanuts - 320 grams
Water
Tomato - 80 grams
Onions - 80 grams
Carrot - 50 grams
Mint - 2 tablespoons
Green chili - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

 

PREPARATION


1. Wash and soak 320 grams peanuts in sufficient water for 30 - 35 minutes and boil them in a skillet for 5 - 6 minutes until they become tender.
2. In a mixing bowl add 80 grams tomato, 80 grams onions, 50 grams carrot, 2 tablespoons mint, 1 tablespoon green chili, 1 teaspoon salt and mix well.
3. Add boiled peanuts, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and mix well to combine.
4. Serve.
